Show House Passes Permanent Crop Control Measure BLLL PROVIDING STABLE-PRICES WINS APPROVAL Drive to Permit Dairy Expansion Dies in Fight WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 (UP) The house today approved a permanent farm bill designed to control production and stabilize farmers' prices for cotton, wheat, corn, tobacco and rice by a 268-129 vote.
