U. S. GRAND JURY JETSJOPEXASE Hilda Corona. 47. called Utah'a biggest marihuana peddler by federal fed-eral agent. Tuesday had been bound over to await grand jury action ac-tion on chargea under the federal marihuana act. Corona waa ordered held for the grand jury by U. 8. Commiaeloner Edward D. Dunn after a preliminary Jiearing in Commiaeloner Dunn 'a Holy CroealiospitaJ room. Bond waa fixed at $900 after the accused'e interpreter and attorney said' Corona would not leave Jurisdiction Juris-diction of the court If he made bond. He also pleaded that the Mexican had a large family to aupport. and if held in jail until the grand Jury convenes, his family would have to be supported by the county. R. C. Belnap, federal narcotlca agent, introduced as evidence 1ft marihuana cigareta which Dave Smith testified he bought from Corona with money furnished by Agent Belnap. M. Elmer Christensen, state chemist, chem-ist, testified the cigareta were W the marihuana plant. J
