Layton billiard room operator, pleaded guilty to operating a place of business where lottery tickets ware sold and Thursday was under a 60-day suspended jail sentence Imposed by i Justice of the Peace J. B. Cooley. ' Galbralth's arreat was the second for the offense In Davis county, James Kallis, Layton restaurant operator, having received a similar sentence two weeks ago. Complaints Com-plaints against the two men were' signed by Ernest B. Harrison, special spe-cial Investigator for the state attorney at-torney general's office. |
