Mr. Street was born In Portland, Ore., October 10, 1833. He came to Salt Lake City from Butte, Mont, In 1913 and was first associated asso-ciated with the General Film company com-pany and later with the Utah Power Pow-er and Light company. Ha waa a veteran of tha World War, serving 18 months overseas with the 14Sth field artillery and with the U. S. army air corps. He was honorably discharged with the rank of sergeant He had been employed by the Industrial commission for 18 years and was described by his superiors "as one of the state's most valuable employes." . Mr. Street was active In Masonic circles and was a member of 8t Paul's Episcopal church. Hla widow: a sister, Mrs. P. L, Hampton, Spokane, and a brother, Naaon Street of Butte, survive.
