Show Board lo Name Case Counsel Selection of attorneys to represent repre-sent the state department of public pub-lic Instruction In bringing a court action to taat legality of Gov. J. Bracken Lee's veto of a $20,000 appropriation will be the main item of business at state board of education meeting Friday at 1 .90 p.m. According to Dr. K. Alien Bate-man, Bate-man, atat superintendent of public pub-lic instruction, the attorneys will be asked to bring the matter into court as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Gov. Lee asked Atty. Gen. Clinton D. Vernon for a ruling and clarification as to the rights of stat agenda to hire private legal counsel. |
