Albert Guay Thursday was ordered to stand trial for murder in connection con-nection with an explosion-provoked crash of a transport plane in which 23 persons, Including Guay's wife, were killed. Tha decision to commit the 32-year-old jeweler to trial came on the third day of hla preliminary ' hearing. The trial will start during criminal assizea which begin next Tuesday. Soon after Thursday's session opened Crown Prosecutor Noel Dorton expressed the belief the crown bad established a case sufficient suf-ficient to bring Quay to trial. Tha prosecution contend that Gusy arranged to have a bomb I placed aboard a Canadian Pacific I airlines plan which crashed 8ept. 9, killing all aboard.
