Show MANY HAPPY RETURNS ; Traction Firm's Chief Clerk Congratulated on Birthday Charles William Lundquist, chief flerk for the Utah Light and Traction company, receives congratulations of The Telegram on the anniversary of his birth today. A turkey dinner and a birthday cake will be the features of birthday party for Mr. Lundquist this evening at his home. 933 Blaine avenue. and analytical geometry. He la especially fond of calculus. Hs takes no special exercise for he avers he has enough with cutting lawns In summer, shoveling snow and ashes and cutting wood in winter. An employe of the power com- pany for 21 years, Mr. Lundquist has been secretary to every vice president of the company during that time. His first position was secretary to C. E. Groesbeck, now chairman of ths Electric Bond and Share company of New York. He became chief clerk five years ago. Prior to his employment with the power company he was connected with the Denver A Rio Grande, Oregon Ore-gon Short Line and Colorado and Southern railroads. Mr. Lundquist haa an appetite for mathematics and spends much of his spare time wrestling with problems in algebra, trigonometry |
