Show HEAVY PARKING FINE IMPOSED Because he allegedly Ignored a summons to appear several weeks ago to answer charges of parking an automobile overnight, W. C. Jsc-obsen, Jsc-obsen, 24, was fined s?..V in police court Thursday for contempt. The defendant, brought into court by a bench warrant Issued by Judge j Reva Berk Bosone, pleaded not guilty to the parking chargea and ' trial waa set for Friday. The case of Louis Bsgley, 2, of 34.W Twenty-third Kast street, charged with reckless driving, was under advisement by Judge Bosone. Evidence presented by Prosecuting Attorney A. Pratt Kesler was heard in court In absence of the defendant. Bsgley was arrested December 22 after the vehicle he was driving assertedly crashed into two automobiles auto-mobiles at Second East and Eighth South street and damaged the porch of a home at 147 East Eighth South street. The court ordered forfeited a $5 bond posted by Keith M. Gerrard, 1 arrested on speeding charges. Charged with a similar offense, a bench warrant was ordered issued for Joseph B.
