Senator Gardner was a member of the lower house at the last session of the Legislature. STATE SENATOR WILLIS JOHNSON, JOHN-SON, accompanied by his family, arrived ar-rived in Salt Lake from Clrclevllle last evening and is at the White house. W. B. CLARDON, superintendent of telegraphs for the Denver & Rio Grande railroad system, Is registered at the Kenyon. W. FLECK, representing a number of Eastern publications as well as the National Gymnastic Association of America, better known as the North American Turnerbund, is at the Kenyon. Ken-yon. He Is on his way to the coast, where he will visit the principal cities prior to returning t5 Milwaukee. E. E. FRENCH has resigned his position posi-tion as head of the clothing department at Walker Bros.' store, and will go on the road for an Eastern furnishing house. JAMES A.
