Show CHILDREN WELL FED Testimony Given in Favor of Mrs. Tingley in Trial at San Diego. SAN DIEGO, Jan. 7. When the Ting- ley-Tinies trial opened this morning Judge Torrance said to the plaintiff's attorneys that too much time was being consumed by the immaterial portions of the rebuttal testimonies, and in order to save time suggested that it be curtailed. cur-tailed. Mr. Kellogg of Mrs. Tingley's counsel enumerated a number of points upon which the plaintiff desired to introduce rebuttal testimony, and Mrs. Louise E. Kramer, who has charge of the kitchen and commissary department at Point Loma, was called. Mrs. Kramer testified testi-fied that the children were given an abundance of the best food procurable. |
