At a meeting of the board of directors of the Elise Mining and Milling company, held May 24, 1906, assessment No. 16, of Vc per snare was levied on all outstanding outstand-ing stock, payable Immediately to W. Any stock on which said assessment is not paid on or before June 20, 1906. will be delinquent and advertised for sale, and if not paid on or before July 16. 1906, will be sold, or parcel thereof, there-of, to pay assessment and cost of advertising, ad-vertising, at public auction at the office of secretary. 257 West Sixth South street.
