That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected. 1 approved and completed by the Board of Equalisation and Review, heretofore duly ' appointed by the City Council for that' purpose, of the property abutting on the west side of Tenth East street between, a South Temple and Third South streets. In ! Sidewalk District No. 22, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing a; cement sidewalk upon said portion of said ' ' street.
