That the assessment list: r made by the City Treasurer as corrected. approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretfore duly '--appointed by the City Council for that purpose, of the property abutting on both' sides of Second street from the west side of Canyon road to the west side of West street, and on both sides of C street from the north side of South Temple street to the south side of Second street, in Paving -. District No. 23, of Salt Lake City, for the -purpose of providing for the grading, gut- r tering and curbing, and paving of said . portions of -T"-"." reby con firmed, and the assessments made and returned re-turned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
