Show HAY NOW PRACTICE IN SUPREME COURT The following were admitted to practice prac-tice in the Supreme court at the opening of the February term Monday: Edward Benzley, Benjamin C. Call. Ernest M. Dunn, John G. Jorgenson, and Ralph A. McBroom. John Charles Davis of Michigan Mich-igan was also admitted to practice at the bar of the Supreme court of Utah. The case of the State, appellant, against J. W. Coleman and Max Davidson against Edward A. Munsey, appellant, were argued and taken under advisement. The following cases were dismissed by the court: Hcbrr J. Bullock against the Oregon 8hort Lino Railroad company, appellant, ap-pellant, bv stipulation; Bingham Consolidated Consoli-dated Mining and Smelting company against the Gold and Copper Mining company com-pany of Bingham, appellant, by consent of both parties; John Jones against the Consolidated Railway and Power company, com-pany, appellant, by etlpulation. |
