Show CHANGED THEIR PLEAS TO GUILTY Three Prisoners Are Sentenced Sen-tenced to Penitentary byJudge Armstrong. Three persons called before Judge Armstrong ihis morning to answer va-lious va-lious criminal charges withdrew their pleas of not guilty and in lieu thereof eubstituted pleas of guilty and were sentenced. Two received sentences of hree years in the penitentiary and one was given two years. Ray Bagshaw was sentenced to three years for embezzlement and grand larceny. lar-ceny. He stole a horse and carriage from the Regal livery stable at Murray. Mur-ray. C E. Leonard received a sentence of two years' imprteonment for criminal conduct. His accuser was Laura Miller. Mil-ler. The affair is alleged to have taken place on September 20. L04. John R. Masters was sentenced to three yeais in the iu nitentiary. He pleaded guilty to robbing a room in the Miller hotel on the night of September 11, 103. |
