| Show November 19 Set As Deadline for Prep Grid Games I High school football among Utah schools will come to a close November 19 according to the ruling of the Utah High School Athletic association However intes intersectional games with state out elevens may be arranged for after that date with the sanction of the prep athletic body That was the major decision brought out at nt a meeting of the executive executive tive board of the state prep body at atthe atthe atthe the Hotel Utah Wednesday evening Under the present rules of the organization organization or there will be no playoff for a state high school football title all play being confined to the dis dis- dis This amendment was made by the board of control last year and goes into effect this season Districts will be the same as last year with the nine schools of region 1 competing in district 1 I four Summit schools in district 2 district 3 3 the Salt Lake sector including East West South Granite Jordan and Davis district 4 the Jordan section district 5 5 including region 3 schools district 6 region 5 schools district 7 7 region 4 schools and district 8 region 4 To be eligible for the district title a team in district 1 must play at least five games district 2 three district 3 five district 4 five district 5 five district 6 three district 7 four and district 8 three Dates for the schools for officials conducted by Chairman L L.
