NEW REALTY CO. ORGANIZED FOR BROOKSIDE PROJECT An organization to be known as the Brookside Realty Company has been organized here with offices of-fices at 55 East, Fourth South street. The company was successful bidders with the FHA as management manage-ment brokers, and all transactions transac-tions in connection with the new Brookside housing project will be cleared through this office. However, How-ever, sales may be made either direct or through any real estate agent. Renewed activity and interest is being shown in the project and some improvements are planned. Interested in the new company are W. W. Clyde and Harry Pennington, Pen-nington, with Seymour Menden-hall Menden-hall appointed as sales manager.
