Show M0RE EMPLOYEES GET INSURANCE A report reflecting management's manage-ment's growing recognition of responsibility re-sponsibility toward the older employee em-ployee was recently released by the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Surveying plans approved up to August 31, 1946, the report revealed re-vealed that out of nearly 10,000 pension plans analyzed, only '659 were established before 1940, and 8,711 since 1940. Whereas before 1940, most plans provided for employee contributions, con-tributions, the situation now has been reversed. Since that time, 2,066 contributory plans have been established, as contrasted with 6,645 where management pays the entire cost. |
