Show I Armed Forces Mark K. Cranmer Given Discharge Mark K. Cranmer has been given giv-en a discharge from the Navy, according ac-cording to word received from the separation center at Shoemaker, Shoe-maker, Calif. Dee B. Shurtleff Out Of Service Dee R. Shurtleff, husband of the former Ruth Vane, has been given a discharge from the Army after serving 17 months as a radio mechanic. He has been in the service since November, 1944. Pfc. Joseph B. Allan Home From Service Pfc. Joseph B. Allen returned home recently from service in the South Pacific. He was in the Okinawa campaign, where he re-ceved re-ceved the Purple Heart and Unit Presidential Citation and was later lat-er sent on to China with the Marine Ma-rine Division. ; His wife and baby met him in San Diego, Cal., where he received his discharge, and were accompanied "home by Mr. and Mrs. P. L. Breinholt and daughter Marilyn. Pfc. Allen is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Allan, who have had three sons in the service, all of whom are now discharged. |
