Show STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS cup ground cooked meat . 3 large green peppers or 6 small green peppers cup milk or meat stock 2 cups cooked rice V2 teaspoon paprika . 1 tablespoon grated onion 1 teaspoon salt y8 teaspoon pepper Boil the green peppers for 5 minutes. Plunge into cold water. If peppers are large, cut in half length-wise. If peppers are small, cut off tops. Remove seeds. Mix remaining re-maining ingredients thoroughly and stuff the peppers. Place in a pan, pour about 1 cup of hot water around the peppers and bake in a hot oven (400F.) for 45 minutes, or until peppers are soft. 6 servings. |
