Show CAR CRASH NEAR SPRINGVILLE INJURES 6 PEOPLE Six people were injured last; night in a two-car crash north of the Springville city limits about 8:15 p. m., Springville Marshal George Briggs reported. Injured were: Larue Hill, 37, Provo, driver of one car, fractured ribs. He was taken to the Utah Valley hospital and later released. Carmen Johnson, 14, head injuries, in-juries, severe face lacerations and body bruises. Collntte Johnson, 13, knee injuries injur-ies and minor bruises. Rita Kay Diamond, 6, possible skull fracture and rib fracture. Reported in "good condition" today to-day by her physician. Mrs. Joye White, 23, Provo, cuts and bruises. Renee Taylor, 20, Provo, bruises. With the exception of Mr. Hill all were treated by a Springville physician. According to Marshal Briggs the accident occurred when the Hill machine, in which all the injured in-jured were passengers, collided ; with the rear end of a car driven' by Diamond Lucas, of Springville. Mr. Lucas was making a left-hand left-hand turn into his driveway off Highway 91, Mr. Briggs said. |
