C'S Club Adopts Resolution Asking For Semaphore JJ At Street Intersection ;:) Dwight Manwaring of United j Airlines will address the Springville Spring-ville Jaycee meeting next Wednes- (i day and show colored sound films entitled, "Highway To Hawaii," announces Robert Parker, club j president. The meeting will be held at the Social Center in Spanish Fork, beginning be-ginning at 8 p. m., and a full attendance at-tendance of the club membership is expected. ; Also President Parker issues a j special invitation to all men who have been approached as prospec- ' tive club members tov make plans to attend. Reservations for the meeting and luncheon are to be made with Verl Whiting. The club meeting last week featured fea-tured a record attendance, and es- j pecially interesting program, with Ted Elders of Salt Lake City, ai member of the highway patrol, ' presenting a talk on "Safety." During the evening the club adopted a resolution asking for a traffic semaphore at the intersection intersec-tion of Fourth East, Fourth South. Also during the meeting membership member-ship pins were presented to Richard Rich-ard Oakley and William Turner. Attending the meeting, in addition addi-tion ' to members, were twelve prospective members. |
