Show MAIL SERVICE WILL BE INCREASED SOON Three Delivery Routes Replacing The Two Will Facilitate Service Springville is to have an extension exten-sion of daily mail delivery, owing to the recent growth of the city, having been approved by the federal fed-eral postoffice department and going into effect the forepart of next week, according to the local postmaster. This will necessitate a change over the entire city, as there will be three delivery routes in place of the two now existing. Approximately Approxi-mately two hours' time will be cut off of the two present routes and combined with the third route, which will embrace that section of the city, East on Seventh South, from Third East to Seventh East, and including Swenson avenue. The third delivery route has been planned for expansion to take care of the new housing unit which will be adjacent to that section of the city. Although this extension in mail delivery service will necessitate a change of time in certain areas, the new service will be greatly appreciated by residents of the above-named section of the city who, heretofore, have had to walk several blocks to a mail box, or else go to the postoffice for their mail. |
