The Devils will face the Pleasant Grove eleven at 3 p. m., here in the next-to-the-last home game of the year. In the Payson tilt last Friday, the Lions were clearly superior, both in weight and in experience, resulting in their scoring almost at will. The Lions scored two touchdowns early in the first quarter quar-ter and the game was Payson's from there out. Springville threatened threat-ened with a beautiful 45-yard pass, Miller to Bird, in the second quarter, quar-ter, to put the ball near the Pay-son Pay-son 10-yard line, but the Devils failed to gain farther. Not until the final minutes of play in the final quarter with Payson substitutes substi-tutes in, did the locals cross the goal line for the count.
