Others on the ticket include Frl Johnson, four-year councilman; J. W. Grant, A. G. Peterson, and Lee G. Sumsion, two-year councilmen; Barbara Francis, treasurer. Outstanding qualities and accomplishments ac-complishments of the candidates listed on the Independent ticket show that Emil Ostlund has served on the city council and has always been active in civic affairs. He operates a local theater. Ed Johnson has also served on the city council and operates a successful business here. J. W. Grant, a Springville contractor, con-tractor, has had considerable business bus-iness experience. A. G. Peterson is well known for his church as well as business activities ac-tivities and has recently been made a member of the Kolob stake presidency. presi-dency. Lee G.
