Show CITY APPOINTS ENGINEER TO MAKE NEW MAPS Ed Kemelly Appointed By City Council To Make Survey Of City And Revise Maps The Springville city council, at the regular meeting Monday night, approved appointment of Ed Kemelly, Kem-elly, former state road engineer, as city engineer. He will begin immediately im-mediately on the making of new maps of city cemeteries, streets, and city-owned property. He will also do survey work in connection connec-tion with the culinary water pro- ject and the city sewer system. In commenting on the appointment appoint-ment of a city engineer, city officers offi-cers stated it had been nearly 12 years since maps of the city had been made and the old ones were outdated. The police report was submitted at the meeting showing arrests for 14 traffic violations during March, with fines made in 13 cases; also one automobile stolen and recovered. re-covered.
