Show STUDENTS ASSIST ' IN CLEANING STREETS, WALKS Junior Chamber Of Commerce Urges All To Enroll In Clean-up, Paint-up Drive Springville city streets and walks took on a cleaner appearance appear-ance Monday following a general rake-up by students of the senior and junior high schools. The students stu-dents did a fine job and were ready for their regular classwork in the afternoon. City trucks will be employed to haul the debris from the streets to dump grounds. The special clean-up Monday was one phase of a city clean-up, fix-up and paint-up campaign sponsored by the Junior Chamber of Commerce, and which will continue con-tinue through the month of April. Everyone is urged to join in the campaign and make his home and property more attractive. Prizes of $25 and $10 in defense bonds and stamps are being offered offer-ed by the Jaycees to the property owners making the most marked improvement during the month. |
