Show Jeune Mere Club Has Mothers, Guest Day Daffodils and pretty lacey basket bas-ket favors added a note of spring to the luncheon and program given by members of the Jeune Mere club for their Mothers and guesrs at the Social Center, Spanish Fork, Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Naomi Thorn, assisted by Mrs. Fay Haymond, Mrs. Florence Nielwen, Mrs. Lenoro Bills and Mrs. Olive Bray were in charge of the program iven as follows: reading, Ann Huff nnrl Kathleen Olsen; duet by Nedra Whitney and Sam Fran-cIh; Fran-cIh; violin selection, Mrs. Eileen T'.irrl; vocal duet, Mrs. Lenore Bills and Mrs. Beth Jensen; piano selection, sel-ection, Mrs. Maurice Bird, who also accompanied all musical numbers. Mrs. Francis Clark gave a tribute to the mothers and Mrs. Sarah Dal-ton Dal-ton the eldest mother present, gave a lovely response. The guests were introduced early in the evening and pretty aprons were presented each during the program. Mothers and other guests of the club members included Mrs. Jennie Johnson, Mrs. Sarah Dall.on, Mrs. P.culah Whiting, Mrs. Knna Car-rlck, Car-rlck, Mrs. Beulah ITnndrlcksen of I'rovo, Mrs Flla Johnson, Mrs. Clarence Bray, Mrs. Parley Mad-sen, Mad-sen, Mrs. John Anderson of Spanish Span-ish Fork, Mrs. Eugene Gibbs, Mrs. Mabel Sumkins, Mrs. Eugenia Bird, Mrs. Lily Cuyler of Provo, and Mrs. Joseph Wheeler. |
