Show Former Resident . Dies in Provo Funeral services were held in Provo Tuesday for Isaac Howe, 75, a former resident of Springville, who died Saturday at the Utah Valley hospital. A native of England, Mr. Howe received his education there and served in the English navy four years. He came to Utah in 1900 and lived in Salt Lake City, working work-ing for the railroad. He married Alice Elizah Savage January 16, 1906 in Salt Lake City and they moved to Springville in 1923, where Mr. Howe was employed em-ployed as a locomotive engineer at the Ironton Steel plant. They moved mov-ed to Provo in 1932. He retired in 1945. Surviving are his widow and five sons and daughters, Isaac tSV.
