Mr. and Mrs. Leo Llewellyn of this city were happy this week to receive word that their son, Gary, who has been stationed with the air force in Alaska since last August, Aug-ust, is back with his squadron after af-ter being confined to the hospital at Anchorage with an injured back. Gary was recently promoted to sergeant after joining his squadron, squad-ron, he stated. In his letter to his parents, he said that they were glad to see spring weather in Alaska Al-aska after the long, cold winter and that the days are getting longer and everything is beginning be-ginning to look beautiful in the far north.
