Ptfc Sterling E. Price Attends National C. of C. Meeting "sterling E. Price, president of the Springville Chamber of Commerce, Com-merce, will represent the local organization or-ganization at the 40th annual meeting of the C. of C. of the United Uni-ted States in Washington, D. o., April 28, 29 and 30. More than 3,444 business leaders from all sections of the country are expected to attend the meeting meet-ing the theme of which is "Good Citizenship, Good Government, and Good Business." During the three-day three-day conference, delegates will study the effects of defense mobilization mobil-ization on the civilian economy and will vote on policies which-will guide the Chamber for the next year. General Alfred M. Gruenther, chief of staff at General Eisenhower's Eisen-hower's Supreme Headquarters of Allied Powers in Europe, will address ad-dress the opening session on "Foreign "For-eign Policy and National Defense."
