Show State Club Ladies Guests At Annual Ail Tea Saturday The high school art gallery was literally turned into a spring fantasy fan-tasy Saturday afternoon, when ladies la-dies in their newest finery walked mid gay flowers and music to view the art. It was the annual Art Tea sponsored by the Federated Wo-mens' Wo-mens' clubs of Springville with club ladies of the state attending. In formal attire, the club presidents, pres-idents, district and state officials greeted the guests in the downstairs down-stairs gallery. At the door and in various parts of the building also were club ladies in formals to direct the visitors, answer questions, ques-tions, and register them. Upstairs, in the music room, a delightful program was given while club ladies formally attired poured and others served dainty refreshments. refresh-ments. Emphasizing "Spring "Hats" as the theme, beautiful decorations featuring spring bonnets covered with flowers and arranged in clusters clu-sters of blooms added to the lovely affair. Full-sized cherry trees with pink blossoms standing in the halls, drew much attention. At various intervals the program pro-gram and presented by Miss Betty Hoover and company who gave string music by Annie Joy Pinegar, Marba Doughty and Katherine Hales of Spanish Fork, known as the Ann-Mar-Kay trio of radio fame; by the Musettes, attired in beautiful new blue formals, who gave several selections, accompanied accompan-ied by the string ensemble. David Dalton entertained with violin selections; sel-ections; a trio composed of Ann Merie Fry, Doreen Schouten and Janice Sargent gave numbers, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Annie Forshee. Douglas Child entertained with several fine piano numbers and Dorothy Clark and Elaine Jessee gave string music.
