Show OLD FOIITOBFJ ; ENTERTAINED Through the courtesy of Emil Ostlund, manager ot" the local theater, the old folks of Spring-ville Spring-ville and Mapleton, will be en-teitained en-teitained at a picture show Tuesday, Tues-day, February 26, at the Rivoli theater. Mr. Ostlund has selected a picture especially adapted for the ocassion. It will feature Will Rogers in "County Chairman," and is considered one of the best shows of the season. Preceeding the show the older people will assemble at the Second ward amusement hall. Arrange- ments have been made by the various ward chairmen to have everyone there at about 10 o'clock. General handshaking, social chat, and renewing acquaintances will be carried on until 11 a. m when a splendid program, planned especially es-pecially for the older people, will oe given. The pogram will be followed by a banquet, prepared by the various var-ious ward committeeman. At 2 p. m. the older people will be guests of M. Ostlund at the picture pic-ture show. In charge of the entertainment are S. L. Mendenhall, stake sup-rintendent sup-rintendent of the old folks committee, commit-tee, Leo Harmer, John S. Boyer assistants, H. T. Reynolds, secretary-treasurer and the following follow-ing ward chairmen and their assistants, as-sistants, Leo Harmer, Mapleton; 'Arthur Bird, First ward; Charles 'Alleman, Second ward; Virgil . Bird, Third ward; John Whiting -Fourth ward. |
