Show Legion Men Battle Over Censure Vote Word that the resolution to censure cen-sure the president would be unfavorably un-favorably reported to the full resolutions reso-lutions committee, came from J. The resolution, presented by the Pennsylvania PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 13 Although the proposed resolution to censure President Hoorer for the use of troops in the eviction of the Bonus Expeditionary army, will in all probability be unfavorably unfavor-ably reported, prospects were 'that the proposal would be brought out on the floor for discussion, it appeared here today at the legion convention. The subcommittee which is considering con-sidering the resolution on the cash bonus proposal, indicated a 5 to 4 vote in favor of the proposal with a remote possibility that the compromise com-promise resolution proposed by Missouri that action be postponed to next year's convention, might be substituted. ' delegation, probably will be brought to the convention floor today to-day or Thursday, in a minority report, re-port, Dejghan indicated. "We are not stopping here," said Deighan. "We are going to insist on a roll call of states to place the delegates on record.
