Interest in the case of Donald Fether, the 21-year-old Cornell student, held here on a charge of murdering IS year-old Hazel Crane, who met her death while canoeing with him in Lake Cayuga on the night of July 19. centered todny in efforts to locate the gir!s body by grappling in the lake. The authorities authori-ties declare that Fether "s innocence or guilt may be established ot once by the condition of the body wheu found.
