Show new evidence. Upon the failure of the consul to appear today the findings were made public. JURY REBUKES MEXICAN CONSUL PUEBLO, Colo.. Sept. 30. Denunciation Denuncia-tion of charges attributed to A. J. Ortiz, Mexican consul at Denver, that Pueblo officers of the law were in collusion with tho mob that lynched Jose Gonzales and Salvador Ortez. Mexicans, here September Septem-ber l'i, was contained in the verdict handed down by a coroner's Jury here late today. The jury found that Gonzales and Ortez, who were jailed in connection with the murder of Patrolman Jeff Evans, "canrj to their ileal lis by being hanged by their ueeks by persons unknown." The charges reported lo have been made by Mr. Ortiz tire characterized in the verdict ver-dict as "unfounded, unlawful, reprehensible reprehensi-ble and criminally libelous."
