Show BOXELOER HIGH BEIDnp IPffl Many Improvements Have Been Made in Building Since Preceding Term. Special to The Tribune. BRIGHAM CITY. Sept. 3. Students who expect to attend the Boxelder High school the coming season are requested to register next Saturday, if possible, or not later than Monday. Those attending will experience some advantageous Improvements Im-provements which have taken place since the junior department has beon added to the building, which will materially improve im-prove conditions in the way of making It more commodious. The kitchen and dining rooms have been converted into library and reading rooms This department is located in the center of the building and its convenience as library and reading rooms will be more pronounced. The new cafeteria is being equipped on the third floor and the cafeteria cafe-teria dining room will occupy the large hall on that floor. The two kitchens which have been arranged will hold two classes at one time, and food will be provided lor students at the lowest possible prices Two large rooms are well equipped for the sewing department. The agricultural and home-making departments will be among the most popular m the school. A large laboratory is being fully equipped with all necessary apparatus. A moving picture machine is being installed to give practical teaching in agriculture. Physical education will be given more attention this vear than in any preceding year, and new "equipment has been obtained for this department. Other departments to be improved im-proved upon is the carpentry department, farm mechanics and auto mechanics. New instruments have also been purchased for the school band. |
