The transport Santa Malta arrived today from Uor-3j Uor-3j deaux with ltP4 troops, including detach-!., detach-!., ments of the 237th military police com-M com-M panv headquarters company of tho l"lst 7-" engineers, 45lJth, 4G0th and GWth motor ' transport companies, SllUh repair unit - and casuals. WASHINGTON, Julv 15. The second division of regulars and "all attached ; units" have been assigned to early re-T1 re-T1 turn home. This division includes the 31 Fifth and Sixth regiments of marines. Its release from duty overseas leaves only the First and Third divisions assigned to active duty overseas. American overseas forces aggregated 337.3:-:$ officers nnd men on July S, ac- V cording to an official announcement to-ti. to-ti. day. On the same date 100,000 troops were at sea en route to the United ytates J., and 3Si),000 were in this country. fc. Among the men attached to the second division'arc Fred R.
