C'nstleberry aainst Joseph Samuel Castleberry. (TWO DIVORCE DECREES GRANTED BY COURT Two divorces were granted on ground of cruelty 3'estcrday by Judge J. Louis Brown of the third district court, the decree going to the husband in ono instance in-stance and to the wife in the other. Jacob T. Hudlow, the husband who was accorded an interlocutory decrco, alleged that his wife, Anna Hudlow, had accompanied other men to places of amusement. Ethel Q. JS'eslcn, whose complaint found favor with tho court, told of having hav-ing suffered blows at the hands of her husband, C. F. Neslen. Suit for divorce was filed yesterday by Mdissa King against Isaac J. King on ground of cruelty, the plaintiff al-leging al-leging that her husband had not only-struck only-struck her but had threatened to end both their lives.
