Show CHILD PROBLEMS TO BE DISCUSSED Miss Marjorie Shuler to Address Ad-dress Conference of Women. C, for the National American Woman Suffrage Suf-frage association and recording secretary of the New Yo.-k State Federation of Women's Clubs, at the Tuesday session of the conference of the L'tah League of Woman Voters. Miss Shuler will visit the city in company com-pany with Mrs. Carrie Chapman Catt. president of the National American Woman's Wom-an's Suffrage association, and other na-tlonaliy-known welfare and suffrage work- ers. She has long taken an Interest In j child welfare and lias served as prenlden: i of the Junior board of the Children's Aid society of the city of Buffalo. Miss Shuler Is one of tiic associate edl- tors of the Woman Citizen. She has been t on the staff of the Buffalo Express and Is , coauthor of the Woman Voters' Manual, i The book was written at the request of j the Century company immediately after the winning of the New York suffrage vote. She has written several novels. Miss Shuler was chosen press chairman chair-man for the eight largest counties In western New York by the New York State Woman Suffrage parly. At the same time she was city chairman of the Woman Suffrage partr for Buffalo and Erie county. Mrs. Robert W. Spamtler. chairman of the press committee of the conference, which will be held in Salt Lake on Monday Mon-day and Tuesday, said yesterday that word has been received that Miss Jessie R.
