Inc. notifv Atlas Products company of Utah, at Kimball building, Chicago, Illinois, Illi-nois, has remained in tbe possession of Denver & Rio Grande railroad for a period pe-riod of more than two months after arrival ar-rival at point of consignment, and has not been accepted nor taken away, nor have the transportation and freight charges thereon been paid by the consignee con-signee or other person or party authorize! author-ize! to receive the same; Now, therefore, notice is hereby given to all concerned that aaid shipment, if still uncalled for and unclaimed at 10 o'clock a. m. on the 28th day of November. Novem-ber. 1919, will be sold on aaid date, at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash. Said goods arc now stored in the warehouse or the Redman Fireproof Storage Stor-age company. 128-ns South Fourth West street. Salt Uake City, Utah; and said sale will begin at 10 o'clock a. m. on said 2Sth day of November. 1913, in said warehouse ware-house of said Redman Fireproof Storage company, at Salt Lake City. Utah, and will continue from day io day until said machinery is sold, and the proceeds derived de-rived from the sale of said machinery will be used to satisfy the lien of the Denver Den-ver & Rio Grande railroad for the following follow-ing charges: Freight charges $2. 765 - 51 Demurrage charges 660.no War tax of federal government.. 132.77 Un'oading and storage charges at Salt lake City to date of sale.. 475-00 Total J5.033.2S and also to satisfy the cost of advertising this sale and the expense of said sale, and all other iust and reasonable charges on and In connection with the shipment of said machinery and this sale thereof, and the surplus of said proceeds, if any, will be. held subject to disposal in accordance accord-ance with the statutes of the state of Utah in such ease made and provided.
