PIONEER RAILROAD EMPLOYEE DIES Special. to The Tribune. LEHI, Nov. 14. William F. Welch, 54, agent at the local Salt Lake Route station, sta-tion, died here today of .bronchitis. Mr. Welch had been a sufferer from asthma for years. He had been a telegraph operator on various lines in Utah for thirty-five years and was one of the best known agents on the Salt Lake Route ar.d the Denver &. Rio Grande. He was born in American Fork, but had resided in Lehi most of the time since his marriage to Miss Rose Harwood o! tills city, who, with an adopted daughter, daugh-ter, Jennie, survive him. The latter, who had been attending college col-lege in Arkansas, is on her way home.
