This announcement was made here tonight at a dinner of the council, held to discuss subjects of mutual interest to the United States and Mexico, to which President Carranza declined to send official of-ficial representatives. ' The following names of committee members were announced: an-nounced: Cyrus H. K. Curtis, publisher, Philadelphia; Phila-delphia; Justice "Victor J. Dowling of the appellate division of the New York supreme su-preme court; Mayor Ole Hanson of Seattle; Se-attle; Judge Ben Lindsay, Denver; Dr. Henry N. MacCracken, president of Vas-sar Vas-sar college; E. T. Meredith, publisher, Des Moines, Iowa; John Basse tt Moore, former counselor to the state department; depart-ment; Dr. Henry S. Pritchett, president of Carnegie Krulowment for Advancement Advance-ment of Teaching; Representative Swa-gar Swa-gar Sherley of Kentucky, and Frank P.
