Republican organization for the majority control of the next houfe was completed today with Representative Frank W. Selection of Mr. Monde!! was made after Representative James R. Mann of Illinois, Republican leader in the last house, had refused to accept tlfe poet when elected by the committee. As Mr. Mann has not been appointed to any of the house committees, com-mittees, he will be left wi thout a place in the Republican organization, unlets he accepts appointment to one or two vacancies va-cancies existing in a few of the important committees.
