Scowcroft on Furlough. Special to The Trihune. OO DEN, Nov. 7. Lieutenant Fletcher Scowcroft, Scow-croft, son of Mr. and Mi-f. Joseph Keowerof t, and one of the youngest lieulenants in the' United States army, is in the city upon u short furlough. tie recently .received his commission commis-sion nt the end of training at Fort Sheridan, Sheri-dan, 111. He waa recommended to the training train-ing camp by the St. John's Military school, where he graduated wllh honors ftikd won two mednls for being the beet-drilled officer and having the best-drilled company. He will go to an eastern ernnp, where he will net as drill master for men coming in the November draft.
