Spanglor of Salt Lake, who was in attendance at the conference. con-ference. Lyman J. Case, former secretary of the treasury, outlining the purposes of the league, said in part: The southwestern empire is bounded on the east by Colorado, on the north by I" tali and on t he soul heast by Texas. The resources of this great galaxy of states, properly developed, reach beyond the wildest dreams of i avarice.
