Judge Tillman Till-man D. Johnson, in discharging the jury, thanked them for their services, saying it was the highest duty of nJi American citizen during the time of peace. In response. re-sponse. Foreman Redd informed the court that the jurors had enjoyed the service Immensely, and found it a pleasure to do their duty under the conditions as exist in the federal court today. Foreman Redd then, on behalf of his fellow jurors, presented Judge Johnson with a box of clears.
