This property has a footage of 660 feet on .Ninth bouth street, 165 feet on Fourth W est and 165 feet on Filth West, and the price stated above establishes es-tablishes a new price for footage in this section of the city. The real estate department of the Salt Lake Security & Trust company, which handled this" transaction, also reports re-ports the consummation of a deal for the transfer of property on the corner of Third South and Sixth East streets, from Tillie Eosenblatt to the Upton Eealty company, for a consideration of $12,5U0. Reports from this compan;. also state that negotiations are under wav for the purchase of a1 large tract of "warehouse property by an eastern manufacturing concern, on which there is to be constructed a large and modern warehouse. Two handsome cottages were bought through the Salt Lake Security & Trust company by Royal B. Barrett trom John C. Swauer" during the past few days.- A. C. Sullivan, cashier of the Salt Lake Security & Trust company, states that the real estate department of the company expects to place on the market mar-ket one' of the best-located subdivisions on the east bench, close to the Fifteenth East street pavement, the new Uinta school, the East high school and the University of Utah. All modern improvements, im-provements, such as sidewalks, curbing, citv water and paved streets, will be completed before these lots are placed on the market.
