this morning the probate judge reported that ile he lind obtained the territorial warran warrants tj for appropriations made by the thirtieth session of the legislative assembly of the territory orv of utah on accounts account of roads bridges and maps pla plata ts and bad deposited same in the county treasury report accepted the rho probate judge further reported that ho he had received from the united states as rent for the first half of the year 1892 and had deposited same in the county treasury report accepted E L jones collector for utah county presented a list of names of persons who had been assessed aea essed property exhausted etc taets remitted the collector also submitted a list of names of sheep owners who had paid taxes to the extent of in other counties tho the clerk was instructed to credit the collep collector tor with the county pro portion and make application to the counties named in said list for utah countes coun tys portion of the tax the collector also reported vie the collection of taxes on sheep herds not on the assessment roll and asked that he be be charged with sala said amount charge ordered made board of education the board of education met on tuesday evening mr big biglow low asked that his boy be allowed to attend the franklin school instead of tho the parker not granted the committee on teachers and school work recommended anat the ha
