Show OGDEN DEMOCRATS PREPARING BILLS Special to The Tribune. j OGDEN, Dec. 27. Although it is the Christmas holidays, there has been no vacation va-cation for the Ogden Democrats who are concerned with the preparation of various va-rious measures which will come before the state legislature next month. C. G. Richards attended a meeting yesterday of the sub-committees on the public utilities utili-ties and revenue measures, and also conferred con-ferred with Governor-elect Simon Bamberger Bam-berger on proposed legislation. Senator Joseph Chez, who plans to Introduce In-troduce several important measures In the senate, stated today that the prohibition bill has virtually been completed and will be ready In ample time for its introduc- ; tion as the first measure to receive the i attention of the legislators. D. D. Mc- i Kay, state representative-elect, attend- , ed a meeting today of the sub-committee ! on irrigation and agriculture. His committee, com-mittee, he said, would have several important im-portant measures for consideration by the legislature. |
